A new parade, DreamWorks Land opening, and a new nighttime show! Let’s talk about everything that was announced today!
DreamWorks Land will open June 14, 2024!
With attractions like the Trolls Trollercoaster, Po Live!, and Shrek’s Swamp Meet, we can look forward to a fun, interactive area full of characters, photo ops, rides and a play area! So excited for this to open. DreamWorks Land replaces the former KidZone area.

New nighttime show: Cinesational – A Symphonic Spectacular!
Debuts June 14, 2024. Featuring Harry Potter, Jurassic World and Jaws! Listed as on “select nights.” This new lagoon show will feature over 600 drones, 228 fountains reaching heights of 131 feet, 4K projection mapping, and a brand new original score of music!
New Universal Mega Movie Parade!
Debuts July 3, 2024. The new parade will feature iconic movies like E.T., Back to the Future, Jaws, Ghostbusters, Jurassic World, Minions, Sing, Trolls and Kung Fu Panda! And listen… just listen… There will be a 16-foot Stay Puft Marshmallow Man!!!!!!

Hogwarts Always – NEW Nighttime Show!
Debuts June 14, 2024. A brand new nighttime show on Hogwarts Castle in Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure. Listed as on “select nights.”
There will also be a new summer Tribute Store to complement the new parade! Opening date and more details on that coming soon.
