As part of their Halfway to Halloween announcements, Disney has announced the dates and some of what we can expect for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party 2026!
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP for short) event runs at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World each fall, and transforms the park into a fun, not-so-spooky playground, with trick or treating, special characters, ride overlays, an amazing parade, fireworks and more! This year, MNSSHP will run on select dates from August 7 through October 31. This marks the party starting earlier than it has for YEARS!!!
What’s returning to MNSSHP this year….
Here are the staples that will be returning this year:
- Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade will return and will run at its usual time of 8:15pm
- Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular fireworks and nighttime show will return, with Jack Skellington as host
- Trick or Treating and special characters will return
- Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular will return
- Guests will be able ot enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00pm, and the official party start time is 7:00pm
- The Cadaver Dans will be returning, they are not to be missed!
NEW for this year:
New this year, Stitch is hosting an ever-changing dance party at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland with the help of his friends Lilo and Angel. After getting his paws on Lilo’s Costume Trunk, every accessory he tries on will spark a theme swap and keep the party playfully unpredictable all night long.
What we don’t know…. yet…
Now, we don’t have info on food, drinks, ride overlays, merchandise and a few more things, that Disney says are coming, so I will be on the lookout for that and update accordingly!
