Universal Orlando Resort has announced dates and some details for their 2024 Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval celebration! This is always such a fun time at the park, it’s mind blowing that they pull off this incredibly detailed, over the top, party of a parade every single night during the event!
Here are the details:
- Universal Mardi Gras 2024 runs from February 3 – April 7
- Mardi Gras festivities, including the parade and concerts, are included with your park ticket, no separate party ticket required!
- Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience is back – starting at $84.99 per adult, this is a way to guarantee a ride on one of the stunning parade floats, where you can throw beads to guests and dance the night away!
- Guests also have a chance to ride a parade float without purchasing this package, it’s just not going to be guaranteed, and will be more of a wait and see (and hope) situation day by day. We have ridden floats in past year’s and it’s always such a special experience, something you won’t be able to do at another theme park!

The Mardi Gras celebration runs for quite a long time, and well after the actual Mardi Gras celebration that takes place in New Orleans, so you can get a chance to dance, catch or throw beads, enjoy specialty food and drinks, and free concerts, for a good chunk of the spring here in Florida, It’s totally worth it and lots of fun!
