Universal Orlando Resort has unveiled the name and details of the first of 10 haunted houses coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Studios Florida! This house features Jack & Oddfellow, two original characters, facing off and coming together, where guests will experience their chaos and control!
We were there at the “BEHIND THE SCREAMS: CRAFTING 35 YEARS OF FEAR AT UNIVERSAL ORLANDO’S HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS” panel at MEGACON Orlando on Saturday morning for the announcement and it was electric! On the panel were three HHN veterans who are beloved by fans of the event:
- Mike Aiello, Sr. Director of Entertainment – Creative Development
- Lora Sauls, Asst. Director of Entertainment – Creative Development
- Show Direction; and Charles Gray, Sr. Show Director

During the panel, they unveiled the name and details of the first house for Halloween Horror Nights 2026, celebrating its 35th year at UNiversal Studios Florida (hence, HHN 35)! We got to see some concept art, hear the detailed backstory, and, at the end, as a surprise, Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow came out onto the stage in a flash of light, fog, and incredible atmosphere.. of course, to thunderous applause!

The event wide theme for HHN 35 at Universal Studios Florida will be….
🎡 Infernal Carnival of Nightmares! 🎡 … it spells…. I C O N!!!!
Hosted by the Ringmasters of Fear… Jack the clown and Dr. Oddfellow!
The house will be called…. Jack & Oddfelow: Chaos & Control!!!! ✨
The house will start out narrated by Oddfellow, and Jack will take over to tell his story. We’ll get a push and pull between Jack’s chaos and Oddfellow’s control, more of their backstory, and some easter eggs and scenes from past HHN!
Since this is an anniversary year, they are bringing two of the most ICONIC… icons! And we’ll be traveling to the Oddverse, and some other familiar locations, as we traverse their story!

Halloween Horror Nights 2026, aka HHN 35, will feature 10 haunted houses, and this is only the 1st out of 10 to be announced!
